For the 3rd time my order has been incomplete. I ordered onion bhaji- not a sauce nor a salad were provided!!! A very dry starter!! Please please Sweet Chillies- pay attention to your orders. You do a very nice curry hence the reason I stick with you. It’s not too much to ask.

Good quality food as usual & delivered within an acceptable time frame. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because I ordered pilau rice & boiled (plain) rice was delivered.

Delivery was late and delivery man didn't listen to my instructions as how to get to my front door has to go out to show him where i was. The meal itself was lovely as always

Took 2 hours from order to arrival. Chased and was advised would be with us in 10 more minutes. Half hour after this food arrived. Chips were cold and rest was like warm but otherwise flavoursome. Have used sweet chillies several times in the past but service has dropped over last few occasions so won’t use again. Recommend eat in not use the take away service.

The last time I had a chicken saag aloo balti from sweet chillies they forgot the chicken. This time I had the onion bhaji they forgot the salad/ onions. Sloppy attention to detail. A pity- they do a nice curry but need to sort out orders correctly

Ordered a chicken balti with spinach and potatoes- they forgot to put the chicken in!!!! I rang them and they said they would send another. They didn’t!!!!! A real shame because we enjoyed their food but 1. It wasn’t what we ordered. 2. They didn’t put it right when they said they would. A chicken balti without the chicken is a rather unsatisfactory result.
